Orders typically ship within 2 business days of receipt during non-peak times or seasons. In peak seasons please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed. Upon shipping, you will be notified by email with a tracking number. However some products are made on demand and hence would take longer to ship.

Yes, we do! We ship anywhere in the world with exception of few countries. You can select international shipping while checking out. All our international orders are shipped by our logistics partner DHLglobal mail.

If you haven't received an order confirmation email, it is likely the result of one or two things:
Your order was never actually placed and processed.
You have entered an incorrect email address with your order
If you are certain that the email address linked to your order is correct, please check the spam folder in your mailing client for your order confirmation.
In the event that you still cannot locate an order confirmation, please contact us through the form at the bottom of this page with all the details you can provide and we will help you.
You can also check your order status by logging into your account if you registered while placing the order.
If your order has not been shipped then please contact us immediately through the form at the end of this page so we can update the address for you.
If your order has been shipped then also please contact so we can attempt to contact the courier to return the parcel back to us or modify the shipping address. However any additional charges will have to be borne by the customer.
For international orders please note that it is difficult to modify shipping address once the order has been shipped. However please contact us as soon as possible and we will work out the best possible solution.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email and sms containing your tracking number. If for any reason you have not received your shipping confirmation email and your order date is past 5 business days, please let us know by contacting us. We will be happy to find out what exactly is going on with your order.
We’re happy to offer free shipping to the India on orders above INR 500.
International orders have a shipping fee based on the weight of the product. International orders may also be subject to import duties and taxes which we cannot cover. You will need to check with your local customs authority for the rate of duty.
For USA upto $800 generally there is no duty until there is an ad hoc customs query
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes on receipt of the package in the destination country. The customer is responsible for any customs charges that may be applied to the shipment. Unfortunately, Petrichor has no control over these charges. Customs determines these charges and Petrichor has no way of knowing what these charges may be. Petrichor is not responsible for any actions taken by customs or the chosen package delivery service.
Our logistics partner DHLglobal Mail will contact you or you can contact them if there is any duty to be paid. Most of the orders are cleared by our logistics partner with payment of duty if package is under the allowed limit.
Oh no! Hopefully this doesn’t happen but if it does, although our shipping carriers work independently to deliver your package, we’ll figure this out together! If it's been marked delivered and it's only been one day-sit tight! Sometimes the carriers scan it before it gets to you.

If the tracking hasn’t been updated in an unusually long time or if it was never updated since it was made, chances are it was lost in transit. Please contact us.
Please contact us if you still do not receive the package and we will look into replacing or crediting you for your order.
If the shipping address was a temporary location, we do not assume responsibility if the recipient is no longer at that address upon delivery within the projected shipping timeline.
Once you have placed an order with us our team work hard to make sure we are promptly starting to pack and process your order, therefore once you are charged we are unable to interfere with this process.
If you are unhappy with your item(s) or no longer require them, you are welcome to send them back to us using our free returns service within 7 days of receipt. If you need further information, please view our returns policy.

Please allow about 1-2 weeks for processing once the return/exchange reaches us. Additional delays may occur. You will receive an email confirmation when your return/exchange has been processed (be sure to check your spam folder).

In case you have a business account with PayPal, you'll need to download the PayPal app, login and check 'Offers' section in the bottom part of the app homepage to find your cashback voucher . Cashback voucher is received under the PayPal account.
Cashback voucher is not eligible for redemption on (1) send/receive money transactions (including those marked as a “Goods and Services” payments), (2) charitable donations, (3) purchases made using PayPal.me and Invoicing.

Indian laws govern these Terms and Conditions. All disputes shall be subject to the Dispute Resolution clause of the User Agreement between PayPal and You.
