Returns, Refunds, Cancellations and Exchanges
What is the return policy on Petrichor?
Most of our products are eligible for return and refund for domestic orders. There are some items that are Made to order which are not eligible for returns. Please note that international orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Only products which are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all its labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging are eligible for return only can be returned.
Return/exchange period starts from the day of delivery of order as marked by our shipping partners. Our refund/exchange policy lasts 5 days from delivery of your order. If 5 days have gone by since delivery of your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as fast masks, food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

How are returns processed?
You have tp send is an email to support@buyrdraksha.biz or through our contact form on the website. Once you request to return a product is approved you have to send the product in proper packaging to the return address mentioned on the package or as provided by customer care. Once the product is received at our warehouse, then it is checked by our quality control team. Once the product passes the quality control, a refund is initiated.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. You will be provided a return address.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Book with obvious signs of use
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of order. Please email us at support@buyrudraksha.biz to request a cancellation. You will not be able to cancel the order by yourself on the website.
**Petrichor reserves the right to cancel any order without pre-confirming the customer at any time and may verify any order before shipping the same to the customer that may include having a verbal or written confirmation from the customer.
How will I receive the refund for my cancelled or returned product?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
In case of prepaid orders, money will be returned to the bank account/ credit/debit card where the payment was made from. For Cash on Delivery orders customers will be required to provide bank details where they would like to receive the refund.
How long does it take to receive a refund for a cancelled order or returned product?
We will process your refund within 5 business days incase of cancellation of an order. In case of returns, we will refund the money after the product has been received by our warehouse and post completion of quality check. Please note, this entire process takes 2 weeks after the return has been received by us.
Can I return part of my order?
Yes. You can return any products that are eligible for returns within 5 days of delivery. Please do note there are some items that are not returnable or exchangeable.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, we request you to check your bank account/Credit Card/Wallet statement once if the amount has been credited back to you.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@buyrudraksha.biz and send your item to the return address mentioned on your package or provided by the customer care.
Return Shipping
To return your product, you should send your product to the return address mentioned on package or the address provided by customer care.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over INR 500, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
